The Update team section of Settings is where you maintain your agent roster. Forepost uses each agent’s ticket volume and CSAT score to populate the Team view in the dashboard and to personalise the AI Daily Brief. Flagging an agent for review lets Forepost call out specific performance concerns automatically so you don’t have to track them manually.

Add an agent

Open Settings

Click ⚙ Settings in the left sidebar.

Scroll to Update team

Find the Update team section below the metric fields.

Add a new agent

Click the + Add agent button (shown with a dashed border). A new row appears with fields for the agent’s name and performance data.

Fill in the agent details

Enter values in each field for the agent. See the field reference below for what each field expects.

Save your changes

Click Save changes at the bottom of the page. All agents are saved at the same time as your metric updates.

Flag an agent for review

Check the Flag for review checkbox on any agent row. Once checked, a Note field appears beneath it — use this to record the reason for the flag (for example, “Response times elevated this week” or “CSAT dropped 4 pp month-on-month”).
Flagged agents appear with a red Review badge in the Team view and are called out directly in the AI Daily Brief, so the context surfaces automatically during your morning review.

Remove an agent

Click the × button on the right side of the agent row you want to delete. The row is removed immediately on the page. Click Save changes to make the removal permanent.
You can add up to 10 agents per workspace. The Team view in the dashboard displays all agents whose name field is not blank — make sure every agent row has a name entered before saving.
