What Ask Forepost has access to
When you send a question, Forepost reasons across everything in your workspace:- Your current metric values (CSAT, weekly volume, first response, AI deflection, open now, agent utilisation) and their trends
- Your agent roster, including ticket counts, CSAT scores, statuses, and any flag or review notes
- Your company name and connected support platform
Suggested prompts
When you open Ask Forepost for the first time (or when there are no messages in the current session), you’ll see five suggested prompts to get you started:- “What’s driving my CSAT trend?”
