Yes for Intercom — full OAuth, live metric refresh every 15 minutes, worst-CSAT conversation sampling, account ingestion, and Triage v1 reply drafting. OAuth scaffolds exist for Front, Plain, and Zendesk, but the metric adapters for those are still stubs in beta — CSV import remains the live path there. See Intercom integration and Front, Plain, Zendesk.
Different surfaces use different models so cost matches the job:
  • Daily Brief / Weekly Watch / Ask Forepost / Triage drafts: claude-sonnet-4-6
  • Board Pack: claude-opus-4-7 (single export, worth the spend)
  • 1:1 agendas / onboarding suggestions / eval judge / theme suggestions: claude-haiku-4-5
Briefs use prompt caching to keep cost predictable.
Your eight metrics, team list (names + ticket counts + CSAT, no message content), and active decisions are included in the brief’s system prompt. When Intercom is connected, summaries of your worst-CSAT conversations are included — never the full message body. The summaries are written by Haiku and stored as one-line topic + tone reads. For Triage, the customer’s latest message body IS sent to Claude to draft a reply.CSV row content stays in your browser; only aggregated metrics are persisted.
The Daily Brief / Weekly Watch voice is part of the product opinion: direct, commercially sharp, no padding. See Voice & tone. For Triage, you can add a workspace-level tone hint that feeds into every draft prompt (“warm but concise”, “British English”).If a brief framing isn’t right, click Regenerate — the prose changes even when the numbers don’t.
The Watchlist is curated. Adding a metric requires it to map cleanly to most CX functions and to be readable from a CSV import. We’re conservative about additions — the discipline of narrow attention is the product. If there’s a metric you’re missing, email kian@forepost.ai; requests are tracked.
You and anyone you invite. Workspaces support Owner, Admin, and Member roles. Owners and Admins read and edit everything. Members are read-only and only see agents in their department (plus their own row, if linked). See Teammates.
For the Daily Brief, Forepost reads aggregates plus a small sample (up to 5 per week) of the worst-rated conversations to ground the read in real customer language. Only model-written summaries are stored, never the full body. For Triage, Forepost reads the customer’s most recent message in each open conversation in order to draft a reply. The body is stored long enough to render in the Triage view; on Send, only the agent-approved final text is logged. For Accounts sync, only company metadata and aggregated per-company CSAT / volume / FRT are read.
Internal-only at the moment. The worker exposes the endpoints the SPA needs. A public API isn’t on the near roadmap — when helpdesk integrations land more deeply, third-party tools can use the helpdesk side rather than ours.
The beta is free. When billing turns on, cancel in Settings → Account (not yet built). If you need to stop emails before then, switch off Daily Brief and Weekly Watch in Settings. See Email & unsubscribing.
Email privacy@forepost.ai with the subject Account deletion request. Workspace, subscription, history, and archived briefs are all removed within 30 days, in line with GDPR’s right to erasure. A formal in-app delete-account flow is on the roadmap.
